They believe they are above the Constitution which is clear case of abuse of powers. Which they now need to resign and be charged for that abuse of power.

Senate Dems propose blatantly unconstitutional bill that would shatter the Second Amendment

must own an FFL. FFL good for only one gun. FFL good for only five years. FFL and purchases can be denied practically on a whim. Must go through dozens and dozens of forms, training, paperwork, and other requirements.

As if anyone would bother to obey that law.

No thanks.

The presumption that the courts will "overturn" it is irrelevant, because the courts failure to act swiftly to stop the lockdowns and coercion, deligitimized them. And no amount of pro-gun and anti-abortion stances now makes a difference. They showed their hand. Eveything we see now is them playing politics.

Too many people cant afford court. Too many people get fucked on procedural violations by the courts. Too many people will simply be discouraged from exercising their rights.

Everything they'd done has been nothing more than placating a public they suddenly realized is way angrier than they thought.

I suspect this will be a red line for a lot of people that the regime won't be able to uncross.

I really hope they try anyway. Gonna be fun watching the public reaction.

Patriot, they can wipe their sorry ass with that Bill so it is not a total waste.

Nobody will do shit and firearms sellers will refuse to sell to anyone without their license as required, just like they refuse to ship pistols or ammunition to California or New York today. They talk big but roll over for communist cock at every opportunity.

You can be mad, and demoralized, or thrilled at the rare moment in time that you live.

What man among us, who lived and died in the last 120 years, wouldn't have given his left nut to live in the second coming of the 1770s.

Perspective matters.
