The presumption that the courts will "overturn" it is irrelevant, because the courts failure to act swiftly to stop the lockdowns and coercion, deligitimized them. And no amount of pro-gun and anti-abortion stances now makes a difference. They showed their hand. Eveything we see now is them playing politics. Too many people cant afford court. Too many people get fucked on procedural violations *by* the courts. Too many people will simply be discouraged from exercising their rights. Everything they'd done has been nothing more than placating a public they suddenly realized is way angrier than they thought. I suspect this will be a red line for a lot of people that the regime won't be able to uncross. I really hope they try anyway. Gonna be fun watching the public reaction.
