I think TGP put it out about a minute before I saw it. I'm not into the diminished expectations in their title though. This is the beginning of the bottom up approach to prosecutions, I think.

The heat they focus on Brnovich (who happens to be running for office) is fully justified. I doubt heat on Durham will change a thing (appointed).
