I would look into Newsom's investments into electronic firing pins and fingerprint based firearm lockouts.

Its gonna be a stretch in court. Unless they marketing their weapons as the ideal platform for a school shooting or something like that I dont see how it connects. You might as well sue ford when someone rams your car in a road rage incident.
