This is why 1. Trump never conceded.. 2. By running in 2024, that ....action ...is the same as conceding the 2020 election... I see this big hurdle.

I dont think there will be an Election. I think Trump will be made President based on the 2020 results....

I am basing this on what i have witnessed . and seeing played out.
I am human and could be wrong, but I do see this happening.

I doubt that the Constitution requires conceding a prior election as a condition for running for a new election.

There is no legal requirement for anyone to concede any election. Certainly not in the Constitution. It's just a courtesy and way to give a speech thanking your supporters. OP knows nothing about elections.
