I know a guy that owned a gravel pit. Did alright with it, but could never win a contract with the state for road bed gravels. Most of the time you start a small business, give your wife 51% ownership, and then apply for government gibs as a "woman owned business".

It should be sufficient to wear a sign with the preferred pronouns - ignoring them can be very costly for a business, and banks are no exception.
