Facial tattoos are a warning sign. They indicate self-loathing, and a desire to distance oneself from the rest of society -- self-alienation. They are a kind of self-abuse. This poor, stupid, soulless freak did everything he possibly could to change himself, because he hated himself. He changed his hair, his face, his gender (in his own mind), and probably everything else he could think of. All these are warning signs of mental and emotional instability. You just need one look at this freak to know he was fucked up.
