And those browsers are Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Use of any other browser prohibits logging into your account. This means that we either have to mail in our payment or incur extra fees paying by phone.

This is no different than American Water stating that we can only contact customer service through specific brands of phones or phone companies, and it should not be allowed.

I issued a complaint to American Water and spoke with a technician in their website development and was told that there was nothing that can be done about it. I also submitted a complaint to the Public Service Commission who actually responded, believe it's a legitimate issue, and are investigating it. Obviously, that doesn't mean that anything will be done, but it's a start. The good news is that my Public Service Commission said that they've received several calls about this problem which is great because it means that people are speaking up!

In the meantime, if you are affected by this problem, please submit a complaint to American Water and to your Public Service Commission. American Water has no right to dictate what browsers we can use. This is one of the ways that the Globalists gain power, and we have to stop it. I also suggest that anyone unable to access their American Water account should send requests for print-outs of their water usage or anything else that will present a major pain to American Water to fulfill - because they HAVE to provide us with that requested information - Let's make it hard for them - and any other company that restricts our freedom of choice!

Its a luxury we won't be able to keep for much longer.

If people followed your suit it WOULD make a difference. Giving up smart phones would put a huge dent in their plans.

They don't even need to give up smart phones! Just switch to a phone that runs on an alternate OS. Google free android exists.

Honestly I think most people like being told what to do. I'd be willing to bet that hotel lady has very good success with that line.

100% - like smart meters. A while back I got a voice mail stating that the electric company would be installing smart meters in my area the following week. I called and told them that i did NOT want a smart meter. They said "okay." I asked for that in writing and a couple weeks later received a letter stating that no smart meter would be installed - and it hasn't been. We are hideously guilty of accepting what we're told is going to happen as de facto - IMO, our acceptance is our biggest enemy, yet we rationalize it and focus on the wrong things. My biggest frustration with this whole movement.

Wow I didn't know you could protest smart meters. What was your reasoning?

Nat. Gas company installed a smart meter at one of my previous residences, it was such a planning nightmare!

I still have a 'dumb' flip phone, which they're telling me won't work on the network after December and I have to go in to the store and take care of it. Last time I had to replace them, the dumb phones were more costly than the 'smart' ones! :(

Yeah, ironic how we have to pay more for the things that keep us "safest."

Like paying an arm and a leg for 'organic' or 'gluten free' food!
