This means that we either have to mail in our payment or incur extra fees paying by phone. This is no different than American Water stating that we can only contact customer service through specific brands of phones or phone companies, and it should not be allowed. I issued a complaint to American Water and spoke with a technician in their website development and was told that there was nothing that can be done about it. I also submitted a complaint to the Public Service Commission who actually responded, believe it's a legitimate issue, and are investigating it. Obviously, that doesn't mean that anything will be done, but it's a start. The good news is that my Public Service Commission said that they've received several calls about this problem which is great because it means that people are speaking up! In the meantime, if you are affected by this problem, please submit a complaint to American Water and to your Public Service Commission. American Water has no right to dictate what browsers we can use. This is one of the ways that the Globalists gain power, and we have to stop it. I also suggest that anyone unable to access their American Water account should send requests for print-outs of their water usage or anything else that will present a major pain to American Water to fulfill - because they HAVE to provide us with that requested information - Let's make it hard for them - and any other company that restricts our freedom of choice!
