They're getting away with it with everyone's consent and they will continue to get away with it.

I got a feeling that the digital portion will be safe guarded and lots of extra eyes on the process. They will still cheat but with less impact.

I guess this is probably the real goal and outcome of this. Put more roadblocks in for the cheaters.
