Could "lightning" be a signal to Putin? Several Russian super yachts were confiscated recently. One of them was named LIGHTNING, valued at $700M. It is reportedly owned/ linked to Putin. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/03/11/us/politics/putin-yacht-russia-ukraine.html
