SCOTUS will most likely end up overturning this as well. Seems to be the trend.

Clearly this will not stand. Its nonsense and they knew it when it was written. They will just claim to be victims again.

Ehh, all it really does is supply funding for states to run their own red flag laws. It is the individual state red flag laws that will have to be overturned.

It's a technical distinction, but the law is technical.
