They will coordinate ALL hardware internally ( painting hardware from desert tan to olive drab green ). They will ship the tanks by rail to the police yards and municiple holding areas and festival locations. ( Notice Rails have reduced traffic by 50% ). They will hold meetings and converge in Congress to pass the gun ban in secret. Martial Law will be declared as checkpoints are set up. Then they will go house to house to inspect your property. All while the Power is browned out in your area and the TV / Cell towers are off.
