My initial reaction is "oh shit". But then I remembered that no videos make it outside of the Chinese firewall unless they're government-approved. So what gives? Is this real? Can anyone translate anything or fine more information? Anyone have relatives living in China?

I don't trust anything coming out of China.

Who is to say this actually came out of china? People pull money out. Gov makes paper money worthless by changing currency. Now you have nothing left.

if there banks are like ours, it a waste of time standing in line... they (banks) never had a chunk of real cash when I wanted it, always took a day to get.
