Great point. However, considering their entire system is based on it, power will only be used as it is now , as a weapon. Watch Texas and Arixona be punished this year with 'rolling blackouts' and outright deprivation from the Fed threat of fines going against their will. California also. Remember the movie Monsters Inc. The town is powered by the screams of children. We need power, they need the screams of children. Expect it.
