Look at the capitol Building, ALL of the National Monuments in DC.. They are Roman. Rome had a Senate , so do we England was an outpost of Rome.. and there is more..

You are correct in all you say but we are supposed to be American, free and independent from Europe. One look at DC and the buildings and one would conclude we are owned and controlled by today's Holy Roman Empire aka: The Vatican. When one looks at the way Nero, Domitian and all the other Caesars persecuted the Christians and compare it to the Vatican's Inquisition persecution of Christians it's identical in it's evil. My point, Rome never died it changed.
