Brother, remember CP cleared the female office who struck a unconscious woman in the head with a baton .This woman died. CP is being exposed. No internal affairs would have cleared this CP Officer for striking a unconscious victim in the head.

Brother, the ineptitude of the Capitol Police was incredible. You'd find better trained people at the DMV.
