I read the whole article. It's fake and gay. It has the typical non explanation for people not familiar with technology and a conspiracy narrative. It sounds convincing to people who don't understand technology. There are no details. It leaves a lot to your imagination. I'm a very boring dude. I don't like imagining details. I need them explained... in pain staking details. My imagination is faulty. There is no other way to explain something like this other than explaining the circuitry, the power source, the current requirements, voltage requirements, antenna length, frequency, modulation technique, bit pattern or format of the "mac address". In short, this is total nonsense.
