Laws do not make addicts stop using.
Addicts make up a minority of those who use drugs.
Just because you put the word hard in front of it doesn't make it more dangerous.

How? Exactly how many people died from overdoses? Saying a 700% increase doesn't mean shit. I'm willing to bet it's less than 0.00001% of the US population. Not much of a culling...
The government directly aids the import and manufacturing of otherwise relatively safe drugs laced with dangerous chemicals such as Fentanyl.
And you want them (the gov) to make a law that says people can't use drugs? Because you don't like them? How will this improve anything? How will a law stop overdoses? Who gets to decide which drugs people should and shouldn't be allowed to have?
