Since that kind of talk violates their oaths of office, can they be removed and charged accordingly?
Last time I checked, the constitution was absolute. It’s the law of the land and keeps the Joe Biden’s in check. It was written as a huge “fuck you” to king george among other things, but the point is made. It’s been a good run so far.
It's true, it's not absolute, it just applies to the US federal government.
Politicians should offer their lives (and arguably the lives of their children and partners) to serve. Should they become anything less than stalwart to the original documents on which our country was founded, they should be publicly tried for their crimes and their lineage ended. I don't know how this system would be checked and balanced, but something needs to be done about these sleazy opportunistic spineless inhumane fucks.
If we can just declare amendments "not absolute", my vote is for the 13th and 19th to no longer be absolute.
