How hard is it to make a machine count and tally a sheet of filled in dots? This is simple software. And all the “oh we had programming errors!” every time these people get caught with discrepancies is not an acceptable answer. These things should be 100% accurate and anything ambiguous should immediately flag for a hand tally or let the voter know their submission is invalid. Anything less is completely unacceptable. These companies need to be raided at this point. How can anyone with eyes not see what is going on at this point?
