I don't think he is a tard. It is my belief that he knew exactly what he was doing. He is controlled opposition. He was sent in by them to keep the people quiet and settled while they make their final push for total control. The crazy retarded crap going on right now would have never been tolerated. The people would have taken a stand. The way it went, and is still going on now, is everyone across the country are just sitting around waiting for him to do something. He has no intention of stopping any of it.
