It looks like a key source of the shortages is Union Pacific Railroad. Forcing the Flying J to ship less diesel and DEF. Derailing Potash. And I bet they are slowing down a lot of other items. They should be hauling more and not less. Could be white hat, but I think it is black hat because it is right out of their play book. I think it will boomerang on them.

Thank you for that. I think coal is on that intentional slow down list. Expect coal power plants to run short or run out.
