It looks like a key source of the shortages is Union Pacific Railroad. Forcing the Flying J to ship less diesel and DEF. Derailing Potash. And I bet they are slowing down a lot of other items. They should be hauling more and not less. Could be white hat, but I think it is black hat because it is right out of their play book. I think it will boomerang on them.

Blackrock and Vanguard are engineering the inflation to buy up assetts cheap. This is what mergers and acquisitions look like in 2022. Why pay for overvalued companies when you can tank the value of whatever you want and buy it up cheap.
