Was this the whole purpose of the trial - discovery? I think so. Lying to the FBI would have gotten Sussmann what? - a slap on the wrist and "don't do it again". But discovering "The Bigger Picture" is priceless. So much was learned, under oath, and it is now in court documents that Killary gave the order. We always knew that, but did the rest of the world? Now everybody (with half a brain) does.
