Calling for someone to kill someone else is call to violence
I never called for anyone specific to kill somene. The phrase I used is 'I hope'. Hoping is not calling. It's the difference between the expression of an emotion and out-right encouragement.
Poal doesn't tolerate that and you know it already.
You're warning me for what any reasonable third party would say is a non-violation, again, how can I take you serious in light of the other user you literally let make mass-shooting jokes?
It isn't the first time I have to warn you.
What would you have me do? No, seriously. Run every post by you?
When every day the left openly calls for
censorship of the right
is on video making death threats
more death threats on social media
sundry arsons, assaults, death threats, destruction of peoples property, and jobs
slander that our side is violent, borderline monstrs, vitriol so caustic as to invoke and provoke violence against us.
And we cant say "I hope xyz dies" without it being considered violence, even though not a single word of it meets the legal definition of a threat.
How would you have me react?
And we cant say "I hope xyz dies" without it being considered violence
That's not what you said. You said you hope someone would kill someone in the street and hope it's a painful death.
This is a call for violence, a directly suggestive one.
When every day the left openly calls for...
They don't do it here.
That's not what you said. You said you hope someone would kill someone in the street and hope it's a painful death.
I am allowed to hope.
I never specified an 1. intent, 2. time, 3. place, 4. method
Without those its a non-issue.
a directly suggestive one.
I disagree. I can only explain what my own intent was. Final judgement to leave or remove a post is, as always up to you. I abide by your decision even though I disagree with the premise.
As always, thank you for keeping me within reason.
You know exactly why calls to violence aren't tolerated.
If the targeted person in your call to violence gets actually murdered, what do you think will happen to this place? Who do you think will be legally held responsible?
