Good Luck with the law suit. The downside is; that it is all downside. I have a Chinese manufacturer who owes me just over $80,000 since 2016. You can bring legal action against the company and you will probably win the case. However you need to pay your legal representation and the Chinese Government will not help you collect.
So you have lost: Your time, and more money that is paid to your lawyers beside the original damages and now you're even more upset than when the problem started Don't trust the Chinese!!!!!

Imagine the lost productivity from those test. Everyone who used one probably had to isolate for a week or two.
