The military has always been fought by people who had no clues as to what was going on. That's because the military has only ever had 2 means of gaining support. "Protection" and "Financial security".
These are both nonsense and armed militias (created by citizens...not governing bodies) are more than enough to handle problems. The issues with militias is they become servants to the dollar, and social structures broke down when the men (then women) were forced outside the home.
All of America's failures are because of compassion and empathy for others.
