Well, I have tried to track this down and here is what I have found. I'm pretty sure they are the documents this guy here is talking about and he shows you how to get them. If I understood correctly They are files turned over due to FOIA requests I have not found them on the website myself though and I haven't finished the video either But please update if have any further information
