I feel like it's late. Most people are done with COVID and the powers that be are starting to recognize that. That being said, It is very possible Ducey did this for optics. He should have done this two years ago.

I keep thinking COVID is over then places like Philidelphia are still implementing mask mandates. This shit won't be over until Fauci is tried and executed for crimes against humanity. In other words periodic lockdowns, experimental drug mandates, and various other stupidity is here to stay.
