Simple verdict. As long as the jury is not paid off. Or the judge doesn't vacate it. Which is a real possibility. But the big question then becomes punishment. Sussman's apparently been crooked about a lot of things for a long time and this is the first thing he's been caught on but technically he'll be a first offender. It's quite possible he could get a slap on the wrist and a fine and 6 months probation. That would suck but I wouldn't be surprised. There's no way they don't have most of the judges and stuff fixed on this trial. They pretty much got all judges fixed that are ever going to handle any of these types of cases.
