Prove it. Show me a source for that wild claim.
The book WheatBelly
I have that book, and I've read it. That book explains how wheat has been cross-bred using (ancient) traditional methods of selecting varieties to cross-pollinate and grow. Yes wheat is not as healthy and digestible as it once was (although you can still buy the original wheat called "einkorn.") But there is currently no GMO wheat available.
Untrue. Go back to the book. Monstanto lied. Also look for new references to this fact
