Dems don't even have to vote. This is the era of mail in ballots vs. real voters. Kemp got the most mailed in ballots, not the most voters. That's why Kemp has no interest in investigating the fraud from 2020.
Edit: Now I saw the article - the damn dems switched so they could vote in the R primary. Georgia knows where to put their corrupt votes.
