"Sus man" is a reference to Hillary's attorney Michael Sussmann from Perkins Coie who is on trial for lying to the FBI. Yesterday we learned at trial that Sussmann has worked for Twatter for the past 10 years. And of course the big news yesterday is that Hillary authorized the fake Alfa Bank Russia Collusion story. Elon also made a dig at Perkins Coie when he tweeted "Perkins Cooley".
Sus is the root of the name Sussmann. The word "Sus" means deceptive or suspicious. So Sussmann literally means a man of questionable character.
