Defense is trying to say the FBI knew all along that the DNC/Hillary et al was the source for Alfa Bank -- attempting to sway the jury that Sussmann's initial text message lie wasn't relevant.
Betting this DNC reference was documented after the Sept 19, 2016 meeting when the case was opened --and Sussmann's attorney left that tidbit out. Hopefully Durham will address in closing.
