Silly goose the DOJ is not in the business of passing laws.

True. They''ve just declared this act to be legal

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

They have informed everyone that they have discovered another law they will not be enforcing, unless it is against one of the DS enemies. News at 10.

You think modern laws and the government is about protecting the little guy and the morally sound? LOL

All this does is make it 100% legal for (((them))) to spy and monitor every single person they hate with even less fear than what they do now.

Assange would be covered by this as well, right?

Assange didn't even access any computers. He got his info from 3rd parties

That was the "basis" for the charge - he "directed" and "assisted" with computer hacking.

Completely unconstitutional.Too bad the supreme court is corrupt.

I have a differing opinion of this: This is for the vuln scanners, the white hats, and pen testers. This goes into the whole open source intelligence concept, where they are finally admitting that they do not have the resources to protect networks, and to make matters worse the university system is too obsessed with homosexuals to educate people. So how do you get white hats? How do you get infosec people? Every other country allows good faith hacking, but not the US. As a result people that shit in the street now spoof phone numbers from data breaches and fuck with people daily.
