Practice skills daily keep your mind sharp any skills fun or practical obviously some good ones would be sharp shooting quick draw, knot tying... any pepper stuff or just something thing that challenges you mentally now language new musical instrument anything really I'm trying to keep the list short and simple I'm sure stuff could be added might get all the way to 12 steps but so far so good
