Oh yeah sorry, i'm aware of the underlying circumstances. My comment was more for TSE1, for some reason he's blocked me (probably cause i asked him to clarify and substantiate something he has said or claimed one too many times). But between us both and whats on any browser search what TSE1 said is not correct 'While Dc residents might get to vote, they don't actually get any Senators to actually make votes on their behalf, nor have any say in with who serves in Cabinet, Fed agencies or supreme court, as Residents of the 50 States do via their Reps and Senators.'
Sry, wasn't meant as an insult. The argument could be made that the DC residents do not have house reps, but actually do have senators. Half of the 10 square miles is in Maryland which has 2 senators, the other half is in Virginia and has full representation. So it's only really the half in Maryland that doesn't get a house vote.
