A DC Gitmo Detainee that has been arbitrarily thrown in “the hole” of DC Gitmo was left for an entire weekend in a cell with a backed up toilet and surrounded by built-up, black colored and “terrible smelling” human feces.

you are so misinformed. But I think you like it that way. The citizens of DC pay taxes, vote, go to jail under US law, etc, etc. I know the whole "The US is a Corporation" BS. Don't waste you time on this.

Yeah, is not entirely correct. A simple browser search would clarify the situation.

'Voting rights of citizens in the District of Columbia differ from the rights of citizens in each of the 50 U.S. states. The Constitution grants each state voting representation in both houses of the United States Congress. As the federal capital, the District of Columbia is a special federal district, not a state, and therefore does not have voting representation in Congress.

In the House of Representatives, the District is represented by a delegate, who is not allowed to vote on the House floor but can vote on procedural matters and in congressional committees. As such DC Residents have no representation in the Senate, thus Having no senators, District residents have no voice in selecting the people who serve in the President’s cabinet, federal agencies, or the Supreme Court.'

Keep looking. I'm not talking about the people who physically live in DC. The 14th amendment changed all of our status from a state citizen to a federal citizen. The 14th is also unconstitutional according to the congressional finding in 1967 in the Congressional Record-House pg 15641. It didn't get 2/3rds in the Senate so the used the Union army to remove the no voting senators at gun point and revoted with out them. Pres. Johnson refused to sign it so the secretary of state signed two EO's to force it through. Not enough states ratified it. Even the state house resolution from Oregon explained what happened. People from back east took over the state hose with troops, declared themselves the new state legislature and ratified it, then left. The actual legislature un ratified it and put into the record what happened.
