However it's entirely 'Lawful' under the Patriot Act for 'Unarmed Belligerents' to be completely denied Habus Corpus, Right to a Lawyer (except for an appearance in Court), Right to a speedy Trial and Right to even be Charged with a Crime. All previously long held Constitutional Rights for the Individual are completely removed. Patriot Act allows entirely 'Lawful' indefinite detention without Charge and there is absolutely zero Legislative oversight for the Govt to even publicize who or how many are incarcerated in this way or provide any evidence of their Guilt other than the allegations levelled against them.

Act of 1871 created DC as the 10 square miles that is not "legally" part of the US. Same set up as the Vatican and the "City of London" or also known as the square mile city. So since we are all legally citizens of that 10 square miles, we are not legally attached to the constitution but to the federal codes, statutes and privileges they create up in DC. Edit: Like working at say Walmart and having to follow all of the company codes. The US government is also a corporation, and is treating us as it's employees instead of as it creators and masters.
