Alright, I'm gonna throw this out here.

Regarding Pennsylvania and the Senate race, this has given me a lot of thought. I will admit that I didn't see this earlier when I took on some people in this chat about Oz.

What if this battle we're seeing between Pompeo/McCormick and Trump/Oz is doing nothing more than splitting the fronts to allow Kathy Barnette (who is more of the rank and file PA folks) favorite, ESPECIALLY in light of what's happened recently?

I didn't actually think about it until I actually looked at polls. Before Trump's endorsement of Oz, McCormick was running away with it. After Oz got Trump's support, McCormick started losing support and Oz was siphoning it off. However, the rank and file got REALLY sick of Oz, and a lot of them started moving towards others... most specifically Barnette.

Now, after the debates earlier this week where Oz got thoroughly shellacked, and McCormick also got bopped a bunch, and when Barnette went full bore with her story of being the child of rape, She's now up towards the top.

I'm wondering if Trump didn't throw his endorsement to Oz not because he actually likes him, but in order to stop and reverse McCormick and allow for someone better to get in. We all know that while Trump likes to win (and Ohio proved that), he also is known to make sacrifices in order to get things that will win for him in the long run.

Now, please note, I COULD BE VERY WRONG ABOUT THIS. But this is just something I was thinking about today while trying to get mailings done for work... Take it as you will.

Brother, what you observed makes sense , I didnt see it before .. it is very well possible and i did say possible.
Lets see how this pans out together :)

But I also remember, Dr. Oz is against mandates ..

stop and reverse McCormick and allow for someone better to get in.

Then why the extra steps instead of just skipping Mehshit Oz and just endorse Barnette off the bat?

Someone has given this race a lot of thought. :)

Anon. Not to try and steal your thunder but I had a very similar thought. Trump's endorsement of OZ was not to strengthen him, but to slander him by association.

This is not my thunder, this is from someone who pepelivesmatter posted on telegram.

I have very strong opinion on the whole OZ situation and Kathy Barnette. PepeMatters wrote a whole bunch of words to say very little but he did have some valid points. Trump didn’t have to endorse Oz! So wtf did Trump endorse the evil DS Oz and hurt his own credibility and cause his own supporters to lose trust in him? The other candidates would have had a better shot and Oz would have faded into the background without Trump! Trump knew Kathy Barnette and Carla Sands were both MAGA and America First before he endorsed Oz! Kathy Barnette and Carla Sands slaughtered Oz in the debates! Sands was a huge donor to Trump in 2016 and was a huge supporter of Trump all along! Sands became Ambassador to Denmark under Trump. Barnette is a very strong conservative, very smart and well spoken. Barnette also is a black woman and Trump could have gained alot of cred with minorities and the fence sitters if he had endorsed her. Kathy Barnette showed the people she is no dummy and she knows what the people of Pennsylvania want and need. Why, why did Trump endorse Oz? Because he needed to gain favor with the GOP and or Republican Party! Sad but true!

Perhaps Trump had doubts about Barnette's ability to beat the democrat in the main election (which are not necessarily based on his own personal opinion of her).

The Trump endorsement is like gold. I hope a Republican wins but not Oz.
