Philly - one of the most corrupt cities in America and a central election steal location in the 2020 election. Sadly, this doesn't surprise me at all with their horrid "leaders" running the show there. Betcha none of them were lawfully elected either - they very likely stole their seats so they could gain their power to destroy that city. So sad. :-(
