I think there’s possibly a big difference between the scary distopia stuff Elon works on than when others do it which is I think he sees these things going on in companies behind closed doors and he tries to attract the employees of these secret projects out into the open to work on it all in the sun light so we can all at least be prepared for it in some way.
No offense, but I can't rationalize Musk or transhumanism in any way. They are both evil and are counting on us to say "compared with that, this isn't as bad." I'm not playing that game. I have zero tolerance.
Well Musk is at least proposing some approach to dealing with the crazy stuff that seems to be possible to implement. What’s your plan?
Don't comply with any of it. Musk is their "good cop," inserted to get us to the same end in a "nicer" way - but it will still be the same end.
