Wow. That's beyond jumping the shark lmao. 40? They couldn't even keep it within reason.
For comparison, the F-15 has something like over 100 combat kills. I mean every F-15 flown by anyone ever.
The highest scoring ace ever had about 350 kills, which he accrued flying over 1400 missions, during WWII.
So yeah...lol.
Sounds an awful like the Red Barron. Too similar in fact.
This ghost of kyiv nonsense reminds me of one of my most favorite video games of all time, Ace Combat 5: The unsung war.
Long story short, its an old PS2 video game in which a "shadowy organization" infiltrates the power structure of two superpowers. These same two superpowers worked together to defeat the homeland of this "shadowy organization" many years earlier. This organization is now the deep state of both countries, and they cause a war between the two to get revenge, and regain power.
The problem is that there is an Ace Squadron that knows the truth, and fights both sides of the war taking out specialized targets. They are known as the razgriz. You, the main protagonist comes to be known as the Ghost of Razgriz. You become a mythical legend ace pilot shooting down countless targets and liberating cities.
This whole shitshow of a fake war perpetuated by the media between Russia, and military contractors trying to protect their money laundering hub is laughable. They have used video game footage before. I wouldn't doubt they are taking this ghost of kyiv shit from the very video game I just talked about.
On the Amiga there was a game f16 fighting falcon.
Should you complete the solo pilot missions you get rewarded with command of four f16s you get to command in a strategic map. Blow up enemy airfields etc
Coolest thing ever.
Seems like a money laundering scheme to me.
I wonder who will be profiting.
He never existed
It's a cover for foreign AA. It always was IMO. Russia has had air superiority from essentially the start. The only way they downed that many craft (if it was that many or even close) was through manpads from NATO.
Since when do pilots join ground forces?
