Yeah, the Bible quote would have been a good retort. MTG isn't the fastest at thinking on her feet - like in that recent hearing when she initially denied accusing Pelosi of treason or whatever. She should have just admitted it (like she was eventually forced to do) and run with it. "Heck, yes, I said she's a traitor. She's selling this country out...blah blah blag." But that's why I will never be elected to office. I love, love MTG's authenticity, though - rare - I think Trump likes that about her too.
