Durham's focus (clearly stated in the indictment) on Sussman only in the context of the DNC/Clinton campaign is WAY too narrow of a scope. It's a way to look like he's doing something, when,, in fact, it will make no appreciable difference to the future of our country bc it will NOT address the criminals at the top (and HRC is NOT at the top.)

It's been six years - I understand that these things take time, but NO ONE has been held accountable in any meaningful way for their crimes. Several years ago I wrote that NO ONE is going to care if HRC is in jail when we can't buy a loaf of bread and our corporate privatized government has us financially by the balls. Sadly, I am closer to being correct on that than I've ever been.

Hey, Zam :-)

I gave up on the hopium long ago, but things like the latest filing catch my notice anyway. There are...subtleties, if that's the right word...that aren't the low hanging fruit that get the masses salivating. Will it amount to anything? Hellifiknow.

Things like the previous mention of Maxwell's case as a recent precedent. Not unusual to pick one that hasn't made it through the appeal process, but it's kind of high profile to wind up in this case. Unless it isn't.

This one, however, stands out because it crosses multiple state lines, putting it firmly in RICO territory. Haven't seen that mentioned in many articles. Does it matter? I dunno. But I know Trump has a civil RICO case already filed against the same people, but coming from a different angle. Still don't know if any of it matters.

As for the Communist takeover and lack of bread, these elites seem to have forgotten just who the 'Muricans are. We're the wretched refuse Europe didn't want. We're the natives who fought western expansion. We're the people that left oppressive countries and came here to be free.

In our past, we've paid bounties for noses, ears and scalps. We were once the sleeping giant nobody wanted to wake. Our population is saturated with trained, experienced combat veterans with better gear than they were issued. These fools want to start WW3 on Russia's front porch, but have ignored what's in their back yard.

Eventually, something's going to give. We get closer every day.

This is a great comment with many valid points. Thanks. I don't think we've "talked" before, BrokenWolf, and it's nice to meet you.

I like your idea of a RICO case - bc that's exactly what it is. I'll also argue that our election SYSTEM is in RICO territory and should be approached as such.

Agree that we're nearing the "something's going to give" point and pray that you are correct that we will rise to meet it. The WHO health treaty revisions will be a telling point, IMO. Those revisions give them a broad base to basically do whatever they want in the name of "health." If the US goes along with that, the writing's on the wall.

Remember Durham has more than just the 2016 election.. he also has U1, and others... Also sis they used Covid as a blockade. The courts were shut down / slowed way down, for awhile.. not to mention stopping the GrandJury meetings as well...

I hope you're right, bro, but from what I've seen, he's confining his investigation to DNC/Clinton campaign (which means not necessarily even HRC.)

You're right about the courts - and please know my other comments are not personal - just my opinion - I have much respect for you.

I think your definition of "BOOM" and my definition are considerably different. We have been hearing this "boom" shit for years and I have to see ONE single incident I would consider a BOOM.

Just what penality will Sussman get if he is found guilty? 2 weeks of probation? FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith was found guilty and was given probation, got to keep his law license and is back at work at the DOJ.

A DC jury finding Sussman guilty, let alone the democrat judge going along with it? Not going to hold my breath...

But who is listening? Hilary said it best "At this point what difference does it make?"
