Patriot, I ignored them since the beginning and have just used normal common sense flu procedures as we have done in the past. Which face diapers were not required with the exception of the Spanish flu that showed face diapers caused more harm. Fraudci knows about this as he assisted in that researched report on the Spanish flu.

That's how it is supposed to work.

The Judicial Branch can override both the Legislative and Executive Branches.

Executive Branch can nominate folks to be appointed to the Judicial Branch as a check and balance against that power.

The Legislative Branch has to majority vote to confirm the Executive Branch's nomination to the Judicial Branch as a check and balance against the Executive and Judicial Branches.
