Patriot, never trusted either of them. The Spooks came out early stating they followed Fakebook and were amazed how much information was shared. How many missed that ?

The board was backed into the corner and checkmated. The board owned only 70 shares of stock making financial decisions for the investors. They had no skin in the game except their financial asses which they would lose in court. The bank had a thirty dollar sell price so they could not block it. They were f'cked. Caught between the stockholders, bank and Musk. Just like General Burgoyne at Saratoga. All they could do is surrender.
