This could be a voice over. Yes, it's terrible if it's happening, but is it really happening?

Several red flags on the channel posting that clip - including the Elon Musk adulation - Elon wants to put Neuralink in our brains and control where we travel. Anyone who thinks he's one of us is beyond naive. He's a distraction.
