Very few weapons, especially the exotic weapons, are actually usable by the Ukrainian military as they have no training. Therefore, almost all of the recent weapons "sent" to Ukraine will be sold on the black market to make politicians and billionaires richer. The multiple billions of dollars that have been given to Ukrainian are now and will be laundered into private bank accounts of politicians and billionaires - almost none of it will trickle down to regular citizens. This is organized crime on steroids.
