<rant> What a load of bull crap! --The "justice" department should not be in the business of filing appeals attempting to overturn the opinions and rulings of duly appointed federal judges. Clearly the executive adminstration with 'resident Biden as the figurehead, is not the least bit interested in justice, only power and control. </rant>
